Welcome to Assemble! We’re a community for nurses, built by nurses. We are dedicated to providing valuable content and resources for nurses at every stage of their careers.

Our company was co-founded by Tessi Flood, a nurse with over 12 years of experience and a passion for improving the lives of her fellow nurses. Tessi recognized a lack of resources and information available specifically for nurses, and she was determined to change that. Alongside her co-founder Wes Jules, who brings a strong background in technology and business, they created a platform that offers content and community to nurses.

We understand that being a nurse is a demanding and rewarding profession, and we want to support our community members in every way possible.

Assemble is a place where nurses can come together to share knowledge, ask questions, and connect with others who share their passion for nursing. At Assemble, we are committed to providing an easy-to-use, informative, and engaging platform.

Meet Tessi

CDO & Cofounder

Assemble Founder Tessi Flood is a registered nurse with over a decade of experience. Tessi recognized the need for personalized support and resources for nurses and created Assemble with the mission to help nurses thrive. Assemble helps nurses improve their leadership skills, access valuable resources, and build meaningful connections within the nursing community.

As a passionate advocate for nursing excellence, Tessi is committed to empowering nurses and driving positive change in the healthcare industry.

Meet Wes

CEO & Cofounder

Wes Jules is a seasoned entrepreneur recognized for his combination of strategy and execution. He sharpened his financial acumen as a hedge fund analyst, and has applied his strategy and execution skills in leadership roles at startups all the way to Google. He’s a Georgetown University graduate focused on solving mission-critical problems.

Wes comes from a family of nurses. He sees Assemble empowering nurses with personalized support across their career journeys. In partnership with health systems, Assemble can ensure nurses get the support they need to help their patients.
