This involves the ability to consider multiple factors, weigh the pros and cons of different options, and choose the best course of action.  

  4. Reflect: Nurses must be able to reflect on their actions and decisions, identify areas for improvement, and learn from their experiences. This involves the ability to be self-aware, self-critical, and open to feedback and learning.  

  5. Communication: Nurses must be able to clearly articulate their thoughts and ideas, listen to others, and engage in constructive dialogue. This involves the ability to express oneself clearly and concisely, understand and interpret the perspectives of others, and negotiate and resolve conflicts.
